Returns & Exchanges

At Townsends, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
