This masher will also work perfectly as a pie dolly (a form) around which you can make a standing crust for meat pie. The business-end of this utensil measures 2-1/2” in diameter. Its overall 12-1/2” length allows you to get a good grip on it with both hands. It’s made right here in Indiana of hard maple – hand turned, sanded, and polished. Masher and Pancheon sold separately.
