Drawstring Skirt - Printed

Also called a petticoat. It can be worn one at a time or multiple skirts, one over another. Drawstring waist adjusts to fit most sizes. Give length to hem desired or order unhemmed.  Your order will include one skirt, if you would like to layer, you will need to order multiple quantities.
