Topics included: rations of the typical enlisted soldier, cooking pumpkins in a soldierly fashion, mushroom ketchup, a soldiers privations, how to make authentic salt pork, "A Pound of Meat", building an earthen oven, baking bread in an earthen oven, gingerbread cookies, cooking with saltfish, faux passenger pigeon pie, baking wiggs and baking beans. We have also stirred in three bonus videos: Firemaking, Throwing Tomahawks and 18th Century Neckwear.
